In this workshop, the techniques for breathing to express strong emotions will be taught. The physicality of breath will be addressed: the mouth breathing versus nose breathing and the correct muscles to generate breath enough to carry the emotion to carry the emotion to the back row of the theatre. Relaxation will also be a part of this training. Students will learn neutral breathing that helps to clear away any residue of emotion.
